Fractional Units definition

Fractional Units means the deeded monthly fractional ownership of residential units located within the Project and to be sold by the Reorganized Debtors to fund the payments to be made pursuant to the Plan.

  • Partnership Unit means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued hereunder. The allocation of Partnership Units among the Partners shall be as set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time.

  • LLC Units has the meaning set forth in the LLC Agreement.

  • Class A Common Units means the Company's Class A Common Units.

  • Share Units means the hypothetical Shares that are credited to the Share Unit Accounts in accordance with Article 7.
