FPS Facilities definition

FPS Facilities means all premises, personnel, machinery, equipment, facilities, software, operational and processing systems, computer systems including FPS, arrangements and procedures for or in relation to the FPS services provided by HKICL in accordance with these FPS Rules and the FPS Operating Procedures.
FPS Facilities means all premises, personnel, machinery, equipment, facilities, software, operational and processing systems, computer systems including HKICL FPS, arrangements and procedures for or in relation to HKICL FPS in accordance with the rules, guidelines and procedures imposed by HKICL in relation to the Faster Payment System from time to time.

  • Each Participant confirms that the collection, use and retention of Personal Data by any outsourcing party in relation to the operation of the Clearing House and the FPS Facilities pursuant to these Rules comply with all relevant laws and regulations in Hong Kong.

  • All expenses incurred by HKICL in providing, managing and operating the Clearing House and/or the FPS Facilities shall be borne by HKICL.

  • The resumption of normal operation of the FPS Facilities shall be in accordance with the FPS Operating Procedures.

  • During the time when part or all of the FPS Facilities are inoperable, the FPS Facilities that are operable shall be operated in accordance with the FPS Operating Procedures and any other circulars issued by HKICL dealing with the operation of the FPS Facilities during periods of suspension.

  • HKICL owns the Clearing House and manages and operates the Clearing House and the FPS Facilities and CHATS in each case through the Clearing House.

  • If any Participant’s use of FPS Facilities has been refused or suspended, HKICL shall, as soon as practicable thereafter, notify all other Participants by a broadcast in the manner provided in the FPS Operating Procedures and thereafter all other Participants shall not initiate any other FPS Instructions involving the Participant for which FPS Facilities are refused or suspended while such refusal or suspension shall continue in effect.

  • The United States, however, showed in its first written submission that the rules and regulations related to IR&D and B&P reimbursements and commercial competitiveness considerations prevent Boeing from treating large civil aircraft research as an IR&D or B&P expenses.

  • Participants shall pay to HKICL fees in Hong Kong dollars for the use of the FPS Facilities calculated in the manner determined by HKICL from time to time (“Fees”).

Related to FPS Facilities

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —

  • Project Facilities means any facilities to be constructed, provided, rehabilitated, operated and/or maintained under the Project;

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cable, wires, plant and equipment located under, on, or above the surface of the ground within the public right-of-way of the city and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility or telecommunications services.   • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Facilities means the Plant and Equipment to be supplied and installed, as well as all the Installation Services to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • City Facilities means City or publicly-owned structures or equipment located within the right of way or public easement used for governmental purposes.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A. Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.

  • Holding facility means a designated area for the retention of

  • LNG facility means a terminal which is used for the liquefaction of natural gas or the importation, offloading, and re-gasification of LNG, and includes ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system, but does not include any part of LNG terminals used for storage;
