Foundry Agreement definition

Foundry Agreement means that certain Foundry Agreement dated as of January 1, 1998, among the Company, our predecessor company (Amkor Electronics, Inc.), Amkor Technology Limited (f/k/a C.I.L. Limited), Anam Semiconductor, Inc. and Anam USA, Inc., as the same may be extended or renewed from time to time without alteration of the material terms thereof.
