Founding Company definition

Founding Company means a Target Company that is either a party to this Agreement or an Other Agreement that has not been terminated prior to Closing.
Founding Company means individually, either Isis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. or Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; and collectively, both Isis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Founding Company shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Recitals.
