Founder Warrants definition

Founder Warrants means the 3,848,750 warrants issued in a concurrent private placement at the time of the IPO to our Founder Holders (and/or their designees), each exercisable to purchase one share of Class A common stock at $11.50 per share.
Founder Warrants is defined in the recitals to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Founder Warrants

Founder Warrants shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.
Founder Warrants means the warrants being purchased privately by certain of the Investors simultaneously with the consummation of the Company’s initial public offering.

Founder Warrants means the free of charge option rights embedded in the Founder Share F1, with each option right being exercisable to purchase one newly issued Ordinary Shareat a price of €11.50 per Ordinary Share, subject to adjustment as described herein, during the Exercise Period;
Founder Warrants means the founder warrants of the Company acquired by the Sponsor.
