Foster care facility definition

Foster care facility means a facility which houses foster residents and provides a family living environment for the residents, including such supervision and care as may be necessary to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of the residents and serving either children or adult foster residents.
Foster care facility means a residential facility licensed by the Agency as described within Chapter 393, F.S., which provides a family living environment including supervision and care necessary to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of its residents. The capacity of such a facility shall not be more than three residents.
Foster care facility means both a foster family home and a group-care facility as governed under Chapter RCW 74.15.
