Forward Curve definition

Forward Curve. – means the summary representation of the price of a commodity on a forward basis obtained by amalgamating all Reference Prices by tenor as defined in Section D-201.
Forward Curve means the forward curve applicable to one-month LIBOR and Prime interest rates as more particularly set forth in Exhibit O-7 attached hereto.

  • Forward Contract means, for each Forward, the Confirmation evidencing such Forward between the Company and the Forward Purchaser or an Alternative Forward Purchaser.

Any Forward Hedge Selling Period then in effect shall immediately terminate upon the termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 9 or Section 13 hereof and as set forth in Sections 2(b) and 4 hereof.

  • Forward Price On the Effective Date, the Initial Forward Price, and on any other day, the Forward Price as of the immediately preceding calendar day multiplied by the sum of (i) 1 and (ii) the Daily Rate for such day; provided that on each Forward Price Reduction Date, the Forward Price in effect on such date shall be the Forward Price otherwise in effect on such date, minus the Forward Price Reduction Amount for such Forward Price Reduction Date.

  • Forward Hedge Selling Commission means, for any Forward Contract, the product of (x) the Forward Hedge Selling Commission Rate for such Forward Contract and (y) the Volume-Weighted Hedge Price.

  • Structured settlement obligor means, with respect to any structured settlement, the party that has the continuing obligation to make periodic payments to the payee under a structured settlement agreement or a qualified assignment agreement.

  • Fitch Credit Support Amount means, for any Valuation Date, the excess, if any, of:

  • Financial Futures Contract means the firm commitment to buy or sell fixed income securities including, without limitation, U.S. Treasury Bills, U.S. Treasury Notes, U.S. Treasury Bonds, domestic bank certificates of deposit, and Eurodollar certificates of deposit, during a specified month at an agreed upon price.

  • Highest Credit Rating Available The highest rating category (disregarding any plus or minus or any numerical or other subcategory) of any Rating Agency. Holders: All of the Certificateholders.

  • Unused Amount means the Maximum Line reduced by (i) outstanding Revolving Advances and (ii) the L/C Amount. The Borrowers agree to pay to the Lender an unused line fee at the rate of one-quarter of one percent (0.25%) per annum on the average daily Unused Amount from the date of this Agreement to and including the Termination Date, due and payable monthly in arrears on the first day of the month and on the Termination Date.

  • Daily Amount means, in respect of a DMA and a Daily Calculation Period, the Daily Gain or Daily Loss for such DMA and Daily Calculation Period.

  • Valuation Point means such time as shall be specified in the relevant Supplement for each Fund.
