Former Trustee definition

Former Trustee has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Supplemental Indenture.
Former Trustee means persons who are no longer Trustees of the Authority but were Trustees at any time following the Authority’s adoption of this Code or any predecessor code of ethics and conduct.
