Former Parent Employee definition

Former Parent Employee means any individual who is a former employee of the Parent Group as of the Effective Time and who is not a Former SpinCo Employee.
Former Parent Employee means each individual who, as of immediately prior to the Distribution Effective Time, is a former employee of any member of the Parent Group (other than any individual who was last actively employed primarily with respect to the Lithium Assets or the Lithium Business).
Former Parent Employee means any individual who is a former employee of Parent or a Parent Entity as of the Distribution Date.

More Definitions of Former Parent Employee

Former Parent Employee means (a) any individual (other than an Xxxx Employee) who, as of the A/L Split Date is a former employee of any Parent Entity, or (b) any individual who is a Parent Employee as of the A/L Split Date or thereafter who ceases to be an employee of any Parent Entity following the A/L Split Date.
Former Parent Employee means (i) each individual (other than a SpinCo Employee) who, as of immediately prior to the Separation Time (or, solely for purposes of Article VIII hereof, immediately prior to the Distribution), is a former employee of any member of the Parent Group (including the Solta Group) or the SpinCo Group (and excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any Former SpinCo Employee) and (ii) each individual who is, as of immediately prior to the Separation Time (or, solely for purposes of Article VIII hereof, immediately prior to the Distribution) on long-term disability regardless of whether such individual was last actively employed primarily with respect to the SpinCo Assets or the SpinCo Business. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) a Delayed Transfer Employee shall not constitute a Former Parent Employee and (ii) a Former Solta Employee shall constitute a Former Parent Employee.

Former Parent Employee means any Former Employee whose service related primarily to the Starz Business.
Former Parent Employee means all individuals (including common law employees, independent contractors and individual consultants) who were employed or engaged by Parent but who are no longer so employed or engaged as of the date of this Agreement.

  • Parent Employee means any current or former director, officer, manager or employee of Parent or any Parent Subsidiary.

  • Former Employee means an individual who has severed employment with the Employer or an Affiliated Employer.

  • Replacement employee means an employee specifically engaged to replace an employee proceeding on parental leave.

  • Newly hired employee or “New Hire” means any employee, whether permanent, full-time, or part-time, hired by the Office and who is still employed as of the date of new employee orientation. It also includes all employees who are or have been previously employed by the Office and whose current position has placed them in the bargaining unit represented by CSEA. For those latter employees, for purposes of this article only, the “date of hire” is the date upon which the employees’ employment status changed as such that the employee was placed in the CSEA unit.
