Former Operations definition

Former Operations means those operations related to property formerly owned, leased, or operated by Seller or any of its Affiliates in their phosphate mining and manufacturing operations conducted anywhere other than at the Facilities.
Former Operations has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(d).

  • Generation Operations Center means the location of Buyer’s real-time operations personnel.

  • Motorsport Activities means any motorsport activities or Recreational Services which are permitted or approved which Motorsport Australia regulates or administers or otherwise are under the responsibility / control of Motorsport Australia;

  • Active business operations means all business operations that are not inactive business operations.

  • Protected Space Operations means all Launch or Transfer Vehicle activities, ISS activities, and Payload activities on Earth, in outer space, or in transit between Earth and outer space in implementation of the IGA, MOUs concluded pursuant to the IGA, implementing arrangements, and contracts to perform work in support of NASA's obligations under these Agreements. It includes, but is not limited to:

  • Projects means the projects identified in Exhibit A to the Agreement and all other projects, any costs of which are included in a Transitional Capital Plan pursuant to the Act or are Recovery Costs, and financed, by payment or reimbursement, with the proceeds of Bonds or Notes.
