Former Affiliate definition

Former Affiliate means the entities who are deemed to be Affiliates pursuant to the second sentence of the definition of “Affiliate”.
Former Affiliate means, with respect to any Affiliate of a Party receiving Services, any such entity or any portion of the business or operations thereof, that has undergone a Change in Control.
Former Affiliate means any Person (as defined below) that was, at any time prior to the date hereof and without giving effect to this Agreement, but has ceased to be, an Affiliate of Western.
