Formal Work Order definition

Formal Work Order means the purchaser’s letter which may be issued containing detailed terms and conditions of the Erection Works.
Formal Work Order means the Owner's letter which may be issued in the way of letter of intent containing detailed terms and conditions of the work/supply and such other particulars which the owner may like to convey the Contractor/supplier pending execution of a formal written agreement in accordance with clause 5.0 of this section.
