Form S-1 definition

Form S-1 shall have the meaning given in subsection 2.1.1.
Form S-1 means such form under the Securities Act as in effect on the date hereof or any successor registration form under the Securities Act subsequently adopted by the SEC.
Form S-1 means form S-1 under the Securities Act, or any other form hereafter adopted by the Commission for the general registration of securities under the Securities Act.
