Form of Release definition

Form of Release means the full release attached as Exhibit 6.
Form of Release means any form of release given by You to Your Insurer granting Your Insurer authority to make payment for Works directly to Us.
Form of Release means the form of release in Appendix 14 Form of Release and General Waiver of Claims.

Related to Form of Release

  • Form of Agreement means the form of agreement contained in Part D of the RFP;
