Form of Proposal definition

Form of Proposal means the Form of Proposal set out in the Form of Proposal section to this RFP comprising of two (2) steps, namely, the ”Form of Proposal - Step 1” and the “Form of Proposal – Costing - Step 2”;
Form of Proposal means the form on which Vendor should list its proposed bid, and is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Form of Proposal means the document entitled "Form of Proposal" set out in Part II, Section 1 of the RFP Documents, which is required to be completed by the Proponents and submitted with their Proposal;

Examples of Form of Proposal in a sentence

  • The City is willing to consider any Proposal from two or more Proponents that wish to form a consortium for the purpose of responding to the RFP, provided that they disclose the names of all members of the consortium and all members complete and sign the first page of the Form of Proposal.

  • The City is willing to consider any Proposal from two or more Proponents that wish to form a consortium solely for the purpose of submitting a joint Proposal in response to the RFP, provided that they disclose the names of all members of the consortium and all members complete and sign the first page of the Form of Proposal.

  • Bidders utilizing minority, women, veteran, and disabled-owned businesses are requested to identify these contractors and suppliers in the space provided on the Form of Proposal.

  • If appropriate, also attach to this Form of Proposal as an additional Appendix CVs and a complete organization chart, identifying all roles and areas of responsibility.

More Definitions of Form of Proposal

Form of Proposal means the proposal form relating to the Work, as the case may be, and for the sake of greater certainty includes the Proposal Form and Schedule of Prices.
Form of Proposal means Part II of this RFP, including all of the Appendices;

Form of Proposal means the Form of Proposal set out in Schedule C to this RFP comprising of two (2) parts namely, the Form of Proposal – Part 1:Play Feature Specifications and Cost and the Form of Proposal – Part 2: Supplier Information and Company Seal
