Form of Dismissal definition

Form of Dismissal means the form notice of dismissal in Exhibit E attached hereto.

  • Form of Election has the meaning assigned in Section 3.3(b).

  • Form of Acceptance means the Form of formal acceptance, signed by the Procuring Entity, of the Form of Tender, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties.   • Form of Proxy means, in relation to any Meeting, a document in the English language available from the Registrar signed by a Holder of Registered Notes or, in the case of a corporation, executed under its seal or signed on its behalf by a duly authorised officer and delivered to the Registrar not later than 48 hours before the time fixed for such Meeting, appointing a named individual or individuals to vote in respect of the Registered Notes held by such Noteholder;

  • attached means attached to this Agreement when used in relation to a schedule;

  • Attachment A is an itemized list of the estimated election expenses for this Joint Election and the amounts that each Participating Political Subdivision must deposit with the Dallas County Elections Department. It also includes the Deposit Detail for each entity.
