Form of Contract definition

Form of Contract means the document comprising Section 1 of the Contract signed by or on behalf of the Parties confirming their willingness to enter into and be bound by the terms of the Contract.
Form of Contract means the documents listed under the heading "Form of Contract" in Part III of the Tender Documents.
Form of Contract means the document with that name contained in the Contract Documents;

  • F8.1 The Authority may, by giving written notice to the Contractor, extend the Contract for a further period up to the date set out in the Form of Contract.
