Forfeitable Shares definition

Forfeitable Shares means Shares held in the name of or for the benefit of a Participant subject to the Forfeitable Share Agreement;
Forfeitable Shares means any Shares with respect to which the restrictions have not lapsed in accordance with the Schedule set forth on Annex 1.
Forfeitable Shares means Shares comprised in a Forfeitable Shares Award which are subject to certain restrictions and forfeiture under the Plan;

Examples of Forfeitable Shares in a sentence

  • Dividends paid on the Forfeitable Shares where the record date falls after the Release Date shall be mandated by the Nominee to be paid to the Award Holder.

  • Under the FSP, Participants will become owners of the Forfeitable Shares from the settlement date, shortly after the award date and will immediately benefit from distributions (subject to certain restrictions set out below), and have shareholder voting rights in respect of the Forfeitable Shares over the vesting period.

More Definitions of Forfeitable Shares

Forfeitable Shares means Shares held in the name of or for the benefit of a Participant subject to the Forfeitable Share Agreement and granted in accordance with rule 3;
Forfeitable Shares shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.04.

Forfeitable Shares means any shares of Series B Preferred Stock that have become subject to a Forfeiture Triggering Event.
