Forest Tenures definition

Forest Tenures means any tree farm licence, woodlot licence, pulpwood agreement, forest licence, forest management agreement, timber licence, timber permit, wood supply commitment, forest resource licence or forest resource processing facility license held by the Company at the Effective Date pursuant to the laws of the Provinces of British Columbia, Alberta or Ontario.
Forest Tenures means all agreements and other rights held by Evans entitling it to cut or otherwise harvest lumber, including Golden and Okanagan forest licences A17645 and A18669, Revelstoke Tree Farm Licence No. 55 and the following timber licences:
Forest Tenures shall have the meaning provided for in the definition of "Excluded Assets" in this Financing Agreement.

Forest Tenures means agreements under the Forest Act (British Columbia), other than the Road Permits, together with all cutting permits issued thereunder, to be described in Schedule 1.1(uu);

  • Forest means an area of land defined by the minimum values for area size, tree crown cover or an equivalent stocking level, and potential tree height at maturity at the place of growth of the trees as specified for each Member State in Annex II. It includes areas with trees, including groups of growing, young, natural trees, or plantations that have yet to reach the minimum values for tree crown cover or an equivalent stocking level or minimum tree height as specified in Annex II, including any area that normally forms part of the forest area but on which there are temporarily no trees as a result of human intervention, such as harvesting, or as a result of natural causes, but which area can be expected to revert to forest;

  • PEBB means the public employees benefits board.

  • Allied means Allied Waste Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
