Foreign Plans definition

Foreign Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.11(d).
Foreign Plans are defined in Section 6.22(i)(xiii).
Foreign Plans means any employee benefit plan, program, policy, arrangement or agreement maintained or contributed to by, or entered into with, a Company with respect to employees employed outside the United States.

Foreign Plans means the Plan, the Fiserv, Inc. Australian Employee Stock Purchase Plan, the Fiserv, Inc. Canadian Employee Stock Purchase Plan, the Fiserv Group Savings-Related Share Option Plan, and other plans so designated in the sole discretion of the Board.
