Foreign Patents definition

Foreign Patents means, collectively, the letters patent, if any, covering Claims of the U.S. Patents which are applied for by ACCUMED or issued to ACCUMED in a country other than the United States, subject to the provisions of Section 5.1 governing the prosecution thereof.
Foreign Patents means any patents issuing on FOREIGN APPLICATIONS.
Foreign Patents means all foreign letters patent and applications therefor, including all re-issues, divisions, continuations or extensions thereof, and patents issued upon said applications, relating to stud welding or stud welding equipment.

Foreign Patents means, with respect to each Obligor, (i) any letters patent of a Designated Foreign Jurisdiction held by such Obligor, all registrations and recordings thereof, and all applications by such Obligor for letters patent of a Designated Foreign Jurisdiction, including registrations, recordings and applications in the Foreign PTO of such Designated Foreign Jurisdiction or any political subdivision thereof, provided such patent is used by such Obligor, or licensed by such Obligor to another entity for use in the operation of a store, in such Designated Foreign Jurisdiction, and including those described in the Perfection Certificate of such Obligor, and (ii) all reissues, continuations, continuations-in-part or extensions thereof.
Foreign Patents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.12(e).
Foreign Patents means, collectively (i) the letters patent corresponding to the U.S. Patents, issued or applied for in a country other than the United States; (ii) the continuations, continuations-in-part, or divisions thereof~ and (iii) any and all improvements, modifications, extensions, renewals, or reissues of such Patent, subject to the provisions of Section 5.1 governing the prosecution thereof. 2 "Sales" means all recorded booked revenues for actual sales upon which payment has been collected by Licensee or an Affiliated Person of Licensee (whether in cash or by way of other benefit, advantage, or concession (in which case the applicable revenue will be the monetary equivalent or value of same).
