Foreign Exchange Sublimit definition

Foreign Exchange Sublimit means a sublimit for foreign exchange contracts under the Revolving Line, subject to the availability under the Revolving Line and the Borrowing Base, in an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 less, in each case, any amounts outstanding under the Letter of Credit Sublimit and the Cash Management Sublimit.
Foreign Exchange Sublimit means a sublimit for FX Contracts under the Revolving Line not to exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000), minus any amounts outstanding under the ACH Sublimit and the Letter of Credit Sublimit.
Foreign Exchange Sublimit means a sublimit for foreign exchange contracts under the Revolving Line not to exceed Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000).
