Foreign Exchange Manual definition

Foreign Exchange Manual or “Manual” – means the compilation of all Foreign Exchange Notices;
Foreign Exchange Manual means the foreign exchange manual dated September 2006 and issued by the CBN and includes any re- enactments, amendments or modifications thereof.
