Foreign Exchange Facility definition

Foreign Exchange Facility means the credit facility described as such in Section 2.

Foreign Exchange Facility as defined in Section 1.6.
Foreign Exchange Facility or "FX Facility" means the facility or facilities described in Section 2.18 below.
