Each Party agrees to comply with (i) all applicable anti-bribery laws, which may include, without limitation, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the Bribery Act 2010 and (ii) the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Further, Seller represents and warrants that it is familiar, and shall comply, with the requirements of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act in effect during the term of this Order.
