Foreign Authorities definition

Foreign Authorities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
Foreign Authorities has the meaning set forth in Section 3(x)(i) below.
Foreign Authorities means those foreign countries listed on the attached Appendix C and the governments and regulating authorities of such foreign countries.

  • Sanctions Authorities means the respective governmental institutions and agencies of any of the United States, the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, including without limitation, OFAC, the United States Department of State, and Her Majesty's Treasury;
