Foreground IP definition

Foreground IP means all intellectual property and Intellectual Property Rights generated under these Terms; and
Foreground IP means IP and IP Rights conceived, developed or created by, for or with Seller either alone or with third parties, in the performance of this Contract, including modifications to any Buyer Specification suggested by Seller.
Foreground IP means IP which results from or is generated pursuant to or for the purpose of this Contract.

  • Regarding any Foreground IP created by either Party or both resulting from direct improvements to the System Software, B&R hereby owns and shall own all right, title and interest in such Foreground IP.

More Definitions of Foreground IP

Foreground IP means all Intellectual Property, information, data, software and materials identified, created or first reduced to practice or writing in the course of the Project.
