Foreground Intellectual Property definition

Foreground Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property developed by either Party pursuant to this Agreement;
Foreground Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property conceived, created, acquired or initially reduced to practice in connection with this Order.
Foreground Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property and tangible work product conceived, created, acquired, or first reduced to practice in connection with the Order.

Foreground Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property Made by or for a party in the performance of Work under this Contract.
