Forecasts definition

Forecasts means the quantity of Items or Services that Buyer reasonably anticipates it may purchase during a specified time.
Forecasts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.4(b).
Forecasts shall have the meaning given in Clause 4.1.

Examples of Forecasts in a sentence

  • Forecasts are based on engineering data, projected future rates of production and the timing of future expenditures, all of which are subject to numerous uncertainties and various interpretations.
