Forecast Date definition

Forecast Date means [the 1st day of each calendar month during the Term and before the issue of a notice of termination of this Agreement];
Forecast Date means, in relation to a Forecast Request or a Scheduled Forecast (as applicable):
Forecast Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Amendment No. 1.

  • The Forecasts shall be for periods commencing six (6) months from 1 April and 1 October ( Forecast Date) respectively, and be for a period of thirty-six (36) months, in intervals of six (6) months for the first twelve (12) months, and yearly thereafter.

Forecast Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4 of this Agreement.

Related to Forecast Date

  • Forecast Period means the period of three calendar months for which a Forecast is provided;

  • Weekly Reporting Period means any Level 2 Ratings Period.

  • Monthly Reporting Period The period, which period the Administrator has the right to change as provided in Section 3.05(d) of this Agreement, during which servicers report Mortgage payments to the Administrator, generally consisting of:

  • Statement Date means each date designated as such in the Series Term Sheet.

  • Quarter means, unless the context requires otherwise, a fiscal quarter of the Partnership, or, with respect to the fiscal quarter of the Partnership which includes the Closing Date, the portion of such fiscal quarter after the Closing Date.

  • Financial Statement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.05 hereof.
