Forecast Data definition

Forecast Data has the meaning given to that term in Condition 32.2;
Forecast Data means: for Electrolytic Facilities and CCUS-Enabled Facilities: (a) the availability of the Facility; (b) the Qualifying Volumes; (c) the RTFO Volumes; (d) the Non-Qualifying Volumes; (e) [any other information to be determined] in addition, for CCUS-Enabled Facilities only: (f) CO2 T&S Charges Amount; and 6 Note to Reader: this definition is still under development. Term Definition (g) [any other information to be determined]. Full CO2 T&S Outage Event means an event or circumstance affecting the relevant CO2 T&S Network which does not arise out of or in connection with any act, omission, breach or default by the Producer or its representatives, and which prevents the Facility from accessing and exporting any CO2 to such CO2 T&S Network.

Examples of Forecast Data in a sentence

  • This will include confirming any estimated values assumed for planning purposes or, where practical, replacing them by validated actual values and by updated estimates for the future and by updating forecasts for Forecast Data items such as Demand.

  • The BPA EIM Entity’s designated VER Forecasting Agent administering this service will produce additional generation Forecast Data for each VER resource and submit the data to the MO on the Customer’s behalf.

  • Transmission Customers may elect to self-supply VER Forecast Data by either of the following methods.

  • Update the hourly generation Forecast Data at any time, but shall submit hourly generation Forecast Data no later than 1000 PPT the day before each operating day.

  • Pursuant to Section 4.2.4. of Attachment Q of the BPA OATT, generation Forecast Data (which is a component of the “EIM Base Schedule” referred to in the MO Tariff) for resources, for which Customers are required to submit such Forecast Data, shall consist of an hourly forecast of anticipated generation.

  • If a Customer submits changes to its registration data under Section D.2 of this business practice, any generation Forecast Data submitted prior to the change in registration information must be resubmitted upon confirmation that the MO’s Master File has been updated with the revised information.

  • This submission must include Forecast Data on all resources, Interchange, and Intrachange which balance to the Transmission Customer’s anticipated load, as applicable.

  • Have the ability to modify generation Forecast Data until 57 minutes prior to the Operating Hour (“T-57”).

Related to Forecast Data

  • Forecast GDP means the average forecast for British Columbia’s real GDP growth made by the Economic Forecast Council and as reported in the annual February budget of the government;

  • Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Forecasts means the quantity of Items or Services that Buyer reasonably anticipates it may purchase during a specified time.

  • Cost data means factual information concerning the cost of labor, material, overhead, and other cost elements which are expected to be incurred or which have been actually incurred by the contractor in performing the contract.

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;

  • financial service supplier means any natural or juridical person of a Party wishing to supply or supplying financial services but the term “financial service supplier” does not include a public entity;

  • Rolling Forecast has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Supplier Profit means, in relation to a period, the difference between the total Charges (in nominal cash flow terms but excluding any Deductions (as defined in Call Off Schedule 1 (Definitions)) and total Costs (in nominal cash flow terms) in respect of any Call Off Agreements for the relevant period;

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • API means American Petroleum Institute.

  • Cash Flow Forecast means a 13-week cash flow forecast for the then applicable period, which shall include, among other things, anticipated cash collections and receipts and anticipated disbursements for each calendar week covered thereby.

  • Regulatory Information Service means a service approved by the London Stock Exchange for the distribution to the public of announcements; and

  • Data means recorded information, regardless of form, the media on which it is recorded, or the method of recording.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • forecast prices and costs means future prices and costs that are:

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products from Active Materials and Components;

  • Budgets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(b).

  • Marketing Information means marketing studies, marketing analyses, and similar research and information designed to identify potential customers and business relationships.

  • Operating Software means those routines, whether or not identified as Program Products, that reside in the Equipment and are required for the Equipment to perform its intended function(s), and which interface the operator, other Contractor-supplied programs, and user programs to the Equipment.

  • Information processing system means an electronic system for creating, generating, sending, receiving, storing, displaying, or processing information.

  • Staffing Information in relation to all persons identified on the Supplier's Provisional Supplier Personnel List or Supplier's Final Supplier Personnel List, as the case may be, such information as the Department may reasonably request (subject to all applicable provisions of the DPA), but including in an anonymised format: (a) their ages, dates of commencement of employment or engagement, gender and place of work; (b) details of whether they are employed, self employed contractors or consultants, agency workers or otherwise; (c) the identity of the employer or relevant contracting Party; (d) their relevant contractual notice periods and any other terms relating to termination of employment, including redundancy procedures, and redundancy payments; (e) their wages, salaries, bonuses and profit sharing arrangements as applicable; (f) details of other employment-related benefits, including (without limitation) medical insurance, life assurance, pension or other retirement benefit schemes, share option schemes and company car schedules applicable to them; (g) any outstanding or potential contractual, statutory or other liabilities in respect of such individuals (including in respect of personal injury claims); (h) details of any such individuals on long term sickness absence, parental leave, maternity leave or other authorised long term absence; (i) copies of all relevant documents and materials relating to such information, including copies of relevant Agreements of employment (or relevant standard Agreements if applied generally in respect of such employees); and (j) any other “employee liability information” as such term is defined in regulation 11 of the Employment Regulations;

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.
