Owner shall keep CAISO informed of any developments that will affect either the duration of the Forced Outage or the Availability of the Unit during or after the end of the Forced Outage.
In the event of a Forced Outage that is anticipated to last for more than ten (10) days, in addition to any other notification obligation arising under the ISO Tariffs and Procedures, Owner shall promptly notify the ISO, in accordance with the Outage Scheduling Manual, in writing that a Forced Outage has occurred and estimate its duration (a “Notice of Forced Outage”).
If a Force Majeure event results in a Forced Outage then Sections 7.2.1. through 7.2.9 of this Agreement shall apply.
Owner shall be entitled to take the RMR Generator out of operation or reduce the net capability of the RMR Generator upon the occurrence of a Forced Outage.
