Force Majeure Party definition

Force Majeure Party has the meaning specified in Section 13.1.

Force Majeure Party means a Party prevented or delayed in its performance under this Agreement by an event of Force Majeure.

Examples of Force Majeure Party in a sentence

• The Force Majeure Party shall identify in such Force Majeure Notice the approximate length of time that it believes in good faith such Force Majeure event shall continue (the “Force Majeure Period”).
