Food Preparation Area definition

Food Preparation Area means an area for storing and preparing food in an individual’s apartment. This area must include, as a minimum, six (6) square feet of clear countertop, a small refrigerator, bar-type sink, a cabinet for food storage and either two stovetop burners or a microwave oven.
Food Preparation Area means a room or portion of a room designed, arranged, intended or used for cooking or otherwise making food ready for consumption.
