Following year definition

Following year means the year immediately fol- lowing the year in which a license or permit is issued.
Following year is defined in Article 6.
Following year means the following year referred to in section 61(2)(b) of the Act;

More Definitions of Following year

Following year shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Paragraph 8(a) of this Agreement;

  • Preceding year means a period of 12 consecutive months fixed by the division

The “Three-Year Period” also includes any transition period (that results from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following the three completed fiscal years identified in the preceding sentence. However, a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine to 12 months shall be deemed a completed fiscal year.

  • Calendar Year means each successive period of twelve (12) calendar months commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31.

  • Vesting Year means a unit of Service credited to a Participant pursuant to Section 9.2 for purposes of determining his vested interest in his Account.

  • Leave Year means the period during which the Agency Worker accrues and may take statutory leave commencing on the date that the Agency Worker starts an Assignment or a series of Assignments;

  • Month means calendar month.
