FOCUS Program definition

FOCUS Program means (a) the FOCUS Compliance Verification Program (user’s guide located at xxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) utilized by the Issuer to verify the Borrower’s compliance with various requirements of this Regulatory Agreement; or (b) any similar program used by the Issuer, in the substitution for the program described in the preceding clause (a), to verify the Borrower’s compliance with various requirements of this Regulatory Agreement.
FOCUS Program means (a) the web based compliance report system located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/XxxxxxXxxxx utilized by the Issuer to verify the Owner’s compliance with this Regulatory Agreement, or (b) any other program used by the Issuer that is substantially similar to the program described in the preceding clause (a) to verify the Owner’s compliance with this Regulatory Agreement.

Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

  • Cooperative education program means a written voluntary agreement between and among districts to provide certain educational programs for pupils in certain groups of districts. The written agreement shall be approved by all affected districts at least annually and shall specify the educational programs to be provided and the estimated number of pupils from each district who will participate in the educational programs.

  • Alternative program means a non-disciplinary monitoring or practice remediation process approved by a physical therapy licensing board. This includes, but is not limited to, substance abuse issues.
