FLSA exempt definition

FLSA exempt means employees performing work which is considered to be exempt from the overtime payment provisions of the FLSA.
FLSA exempt means a position that is not entitled to overtime compensation under the FLSA.
FLSA exempt means those positions determined to meet the executive, administrative, and/or professional designations under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
