Flow Down Terms definition

Flow Down Terms means the terms and conditions that apply to a Customer’s access and use of the APEX Service and Related Service, including the applicable Service Offering Description. Flow Down Terms means any terms and conditions applicable to Services provided under this Contract by a Third Party and appended to this Contract or provided to the Customer by the Supplier from time to time.

Examples of Flow Down Terms in a sentence

  • Reseller may access and use the APEX Service only: (i) during the Subscription Term; (ii) as necessary to exercise the Resale Right; (iii) as otherwise permitted by the Customer, subject to Customer’s rights to grant any such access and use as provided in the Flow Down Terms and the Service Offering Description; and (iv) in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Dell is not required to provide the APEX Service and any Related Services until (i) Reseller has provided all information Dell needs to process the Order and provision the APEX Service and Related Services and (ii) the Customer has agreed to the Flow Down Terms.

Related to Flow Down Terms

  • Cloud Service Order Form means all written order forms or other ordering documentation for Cloud Services entered into by SAP, or a SAP SE Affiliate or a reseller of SAP SE or an SAP SE Affiliate, and Prime Contractor.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Final Terms means the final terms specifying the relevant issue details of the ETP Securities.

  • Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.1. Demand Bid:

  • Final Term Sheet means the term sheet prepared pursuant to Section 4(a) of this Agreement and substantially in the form attached in Schedule III hereto;

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.
