Floating Rate Notes definition

Floating Rate Notes means the Class A-2b Notes.

Floating Rate Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, Class D Notes and the Class E Notes.

• Any such amendment will be promptly notified to each stock exchange on which the relevant Floating Rate Notes are for the time being listed and to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 13.

Floating Rate Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-4 Notes, the Class A-5 Notes, the Class B Notes and the Class C Notes.
