Floating Rate Component definition

Floating Rate Component means the Floating Rate Note.
Floating Rate Component shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Floating Rate Component means Component A-2-FL.

  • The notional amount of the Interest Rate Cap Agreement may be reduced from time to time (and Lender shall authorize such reduction) in amounts equal to any prepayment of the principal amount of the Floating Rate Component made in accordance with this Agreement.

Floating Rate Component means the portion of the Loan evidenced by or relating to the Floating Rate Note.

Related to Floating Rate Component

  • CB Floating Rate means the Prime Rate; provided that the CB Floating Rate shall never be less than the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day). Any change in the CB Floating Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate, respectively.

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Floating Rate Convention means that each relevant date shall be the date which numerically corresponds to the preceding such date in the calendar month which is the number of months specified in the applicable Final Terms as the Specified Period after the calendar month in which the preceding such date occurred; provided, however, that:

  • Floating Rate Calculation Date means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Quarterly Floating Rate Period.

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means the period from and including a Quarterly Commencement Date to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.

Each change in any interest rate provided for in the Agreement based upon the Index Rate shall take effect at the time of such change in the Index Rate.

  • Reference Rate Loan means each portion of a Loan that bears interest at a rate determined by reference to the Reference Rate.

  • Floating Rate Security means a Debt Security that provides for the payment of interest at a variable rate determined periodically by reference to an interest rate index specified pursuant to Section 2.03.
