Flight Simulators definition

Flight Simulators means the flight simulators and flight training devices of the Borrower or any applicable Guarantor (including, without limitation, any such simulators or training devices located on a Real Property Asset) other than the flight simulators listed on Schedule 1.01(a) (as such Schedule may be amended from time to time with the consent of the Administrative Agent).
