Flexible Swap Rate definition

Flexible Swap Rate means, in respect of a Swap Determination Period, a rate of interest equal to the Variable Rate Swap SVR for such Swap Determination Period minus the weighted average of the discounts charged to borrowers of Flexible Mortgage Loans as at the start of business on the first day of such Swap Determination Period (the weighted average being calculated by reference to the then outstanding current balances of such Flexible Mortgage Loans as at that date), as determined by the Cash Manager in accordance with the provisions of the Cash Management Agreement.

More Definitions of Flexible Swap Rate

Flexible Swap Rate means, (i) in respect of a Swap Determination Period, a rate of interest equal to the Variable Rate Swap SVR for such Swap Determination Period minus the weighted average of the discounts charged to borrowers of Flexible Mortgage Loans as at the start of business on the first day of such Swap Determination Period, and (ii) in respect of a Further Issue Determination Period, a rate of interest equal to the Variable Rate Swap SVR for such Further Issue Determination Period minus the weighted average of the discounts charged to borrowers of Flexible Mortgage Loans in the New Mortgage Portfolio as at the start of business on the first day of such Further Issue Determination Period, in the case of both (i) and (ii), the weighted average being calculated by reference to the then outstanding current balances of such Flexible Mortgage Loans as at that date, as determined by the Cash Manager in accordance with the provisions of the Cash Management Agreement.

Related to Flexible Swap Rate

  • Mid-Swap Rate means, in relation to a Reset Determination Date and subject to Condition 3(b)(ii), either:

  • 5-year Mid-Swap Rate means, in relation to a Reset Interest Period and the Reset Rate of Interest Determination Date in relation to such Reset Interest Period:

  • Swap Rate means a charge by the Company for the interest cost and associated costs (positive or negative) incurred in relation to the overnight rollover (s) of an open position;

  • REMIC Swap Rate For each Distribution Date (and the related Accrual Period), a per annum rate equal to the product of: (i) the “Rate of Payment (%)” under the Swap Agreement for such Distribution Date, as set forth in Annex D to the Prospectus Supplement, (ii) 2, and (iii) the quotient of (a) the actual number of days in the related Accrual Period divided by (b) 30.

  • Constant Maturity Swap Rate means: (1) the rate for U.S. dollar swaps with the designated maturity specified in the applicable pricing supplement, expressed as a percentage, which appears on the Reuters Screen (or any successor service) ISDAFIX1 Page as of 11:00 A.M., New York City time, on the particular Interest Determination Date; or (2) if the rate referred to in clause (1) does not appear on the Reuters Screen (or any successor service) ISDAFIX1 Page by 2:00 P.M., New York City time, on such Interest Determination Date, a percentage determined on the basis of the mid-market semiannual swap rate quotations provided by the reference banks (as defined below) as of approximately 11:00 A.M., New York City time, on such Interest Determination Date, and, for this purpose, the semi-annual swap rate means the mean of the bid and offered rates for the semi-annual fixed leg, calculated on a 30/360 day count basis, of a fixed-for-floating U.S. dollar interest rate swap transaction with a term equal to the designated maturity

  • 5-year Mid-Swap Rate Quotations means the arithmetic mean of the bid and offered rates for the annual fixed leg (calculated on a 30/360 day count basis) of a fixed-for-floating euro interest rate swap transaction which:

  • Fixed Swap Payment With respect to any Distribution Date, a fixed amount equal to the related amount set forth in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement.

  • Net WAC Cap Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, the product of (i) a per annum rate equal to the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates (or, if applicable, the Modified Net Mortgage Rates) using the Net Mortgage Rates in effect for the Monthly Payments due on such Mortgage Loans during the related Due Period, weighted on the basis of the respective Stated Principal Balances thereof for such Distribution Date and (ii) a fraction equal to 30 divided by the actual number of days in the related Interest Accrual Period.

  • Floating Swap Payment With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) Swap LIBOR, (ii) the notional amount for that Distribution Date set forth in the Interest Rate Swap Agreement and (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days elapsed from and including the previous Distribution Date to but excluding the current Distribution Date (or, for the first Distribution Date, the actual number of days elapsed from the Closing Date to but excluding the first Distribution Date), and the denominator of which is 360.

  • Mid-Market Swap Rate means for any Reset Period the mean of the bid and offered rates for the fixed leg payable with a frequency equivalent to the Original Mid-Swap Rate Basis (calculated on the day count basis customary for fixed rate payments in the Specified Currency as determined by the Calculation Agent) of a fixed-for-floating interest rate swap transaction in the Specified Currency which transaction (i) has a term equal to the relevant Reset Period and commencing on the relevant Reset Date, (ii) is in an amount that is representative for a single transaction in the relevant market at the relevant time with an acknowledged dealer of good credit in the swap market and (iii) has a floating leg based on the Mid-Swap Floating Leg Benchmark Rate for the Mid-Swap Maturity (as specified in the applicable Final Terms) (calculated on the day count basis customary for floating rate payments in the Specified Currency as determined by the Calculation Agent);

  • Swap Receipt Amount Swap Termination Payment"

  • Net Swap Payment With respect to each Distribution Date, the net payment required to be made pursuant to the terms of the Swap Agreement by either the Swap Provider or the Swap Administrator, which net payment shall not take into account any Swap Termination Payment.

  • Cap Rate For each Calculation Period, as set forth for such period on Schedule I attached hereto.   • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.

  • Mid-Swap Floating Leg Benchmark Rate means EURIBOR (if the Specified Currency is euro), LIBOR for the Specified Currency (if the Specified Currency is U.S. dollars, Pounds Sterling or Swiss Francs), CIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Danish Kroner), NIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Norwegian Kroner), STIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Swedish Kronor) or (in the case of any other Specified Currency) the benchmark rate most closely connected with such Specified Currency and selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;

  • Senior Enhancement Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage obtained by dividing (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Subordinated Certificates and (ii) the Subordinated Amount (in each case after taking into account the distributions of the Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date) by (y) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date.

  • Treasury Index Rate means the average yield to maturity for actively traded marketable U.S. Treasury fixed interest rate securities having the same number of 30-day periods to maturity as the length of the applicable Dividend Period, determined, to the extent necessary, by linear interpolation based upon the yield for such securities having the next shorter and next longer number of 30-day periods to maturity treating all Dividend Periods with a length greater than the longest maturity for such securities as having a length equal to such longest maturity, in all cases based upon data set forth in the most recent weekly statistical release published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (currently in H.15 (519)); provided, however, if the most recent such statistical release shall not have been published during the 15 days preceding the date of computation, the foregoing computations shall be based upon the average of comparable data as quoted to the Trust by at least three recognized dealers in U.S. government securities selected by the Trust.

  • Remittance Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the related Note Rate minus the Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Net WAC Rate With respect to any Distribution Date (and the related Accrual Period), a per annum rate equal to the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates of the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Collection Period (not including for this purpose Mortgage Loans for which prepayments in full have been received and distributed in the month prior to that Distribution Date).

  • Remittance Amount means the funds denominated in Singapore Dollars or United Stated Dollars which is to be debited from the Customer's Account(s) and converted into the specified Foreign Amount.
