Flexible hours employee definition

Flexible hours employee means an employee who may work more or less than eight hours on any given day so long as the employee works forty hours in the same week.
Flexible hours employee means an employee of the Commonwealth who is voluntarily participating in an approved flexible hours program.

Employer-required sharing of tips with employees who do not customarily and regularly receive tips, such as management or food preparers, or deduction of credit card processing fees from tipped employees, shall nullify allowable tip credits towards the minimum wage.
