Flexibility Arrangements definition

Flexibility Arrangements means the Flexibility clause established by the Fair Work Act to enable Individual Flexibility Agreements (IFAs) in addition to their terms and conditions under this Agreement.

Examples of Flexibility Arrangements in a sentence

  • Core-time - The core-time shall be between the hours of 9.30 am and 3.30 pm Monday to Friday, excluding the lunch break, unless other arrangements have been agreed as provided in the Flexibility Arrangements Clause.

  • Settlement period - Unless another arrangement has been reached provided under the Flexibility Arrangements clause the settlement period shall be 3 calendar months i.e. 1 January to 31 March.

  • Unless different arrangements have been agreed, as provided in the Flexibility Arrangements clause of this Award, a flexible working hours scheme in terms of this subclause may operate in WAMC or a section of WAMC, subject to operational requirements, as determined by the CE.

  • Bandwidth - The bandwidth shall be between the hours of 7.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday, unless a different time span has been agreed as provided in the Flexibility Arrangements.

  • With the approval of the supervisor, the lunch period may be extended by the staff member up to 2 and 1/2 hours or reduced to not less .than 30 minutes within the span of hours determined by the CE, unless other arrangements have been agreed as provided in the Flexibility Arrangements at Clause 10 of this Award.

  • Arrangements in respect of the taking of flex leave may be negotiated in terms of the Flexibility Arrangements Clause 10 of this Award.

  • Congress notes that the Fair Work Act has not been successful in stamping out exploitative individual agreements and that there are some parallels between the uses of WorkChoices era AWAs and Fair Work Act Individual Flexibility Arrangements.

  • Individual Flexibility Arrangements are not to be offered as a condition of employment or promotion.

  • Employees who have arrangements in accordance with Part V – Workplace Flexibility - Clause 3 – Workplace Flexibility Arrangements may agree to vary any of the provisions of subclause (b).

  • Any flexible workplace arrangement referred to in clause 5.5.6 with respect to public holidays will be made in accordance with clause 1.6 of the Agreement - Individual Flexibility Arrangements.

Related to Flexibility Arrangements

  • Access Arrangement means an arrangement for access to a Covered Pipeline that has been approved by the Relevant Regulator.

  • Cash Management Arrangements means all cash management arrangements pursuant to which Honeywell or its Subsidiaries automatically or manually sweep cash from, or automatically or manually transfer cash to, accounts of SpinCo or any member of the SpinCo Group.

  • Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.

  • Optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement Traffic is traffic that under an optional Extended Local Calling Scope Arrangement chosen by the Customer terminates outside of the Customer’s basic exchange serving area.
