The benefits described in these Terms and Benefits are subject to the restriction in the choice of ward class as stated in Section (d) of the Flexi Plan (Superior) Endorsement of these Terms and Benefits.
Except for the psychiatric treatment as stated in Section 3(l) of this Part 6, all benefits described in these Terms and Benefits are subject to the geographical limitation for benefit coverage as stated in Section (b) of the Flexi Plan (Superior) Endorsement of these Terms and Benefits.

The payment to Other Card Account will be effected within five (5) working days from the approval date of the Eligible Cardmember’s BT Flexi Plan.
For the BT Flexi Plan, the eligible Cardmember shall make a minimum of 5% of the outstanding balance transfer amount, or RM50 whichever is higher due on the payment due date as specified in the statement for payment.

FAMILY DISCOUNT ENDORSEMENT This endorsement is attached to and forms part of the Terms and Benefits of HSBC Voluntary Health Insurance Flexi Plan (“This Plan”).
No Exit Fee (“ Exit Fee”) will be charged if the Eligible Cardmember terminates and/or discontinues with the BT Flexi Plan within the Promotional Period.
