FLEGT licence definition

FLEGT licence means a Vietnamese legal document which confirms that a shipment of timber products intended for export to the Union has been legally produced and verified in accordance with the criteria laid down in this Agreement. A FLEGT licence may be in paper or electronic form;

Examples of FLEGT licence in a sentence

  • The FLEGT licence will consist of one original document and five copies.

More Definitions of FLEGT licence

FLEGT licence means a document issued by Côte d’Ivoire, in paper or electronic form, certifying that timber or timber products from a shipment intended for export to the Union have been produced and verified in accordance with the regulations in force and with this Agreement;
