Fleet Receivables definition

Fleet Receivables means all amounts shown on the Servicer’s records as amounts payable by any Dealer under a credit line that is designated by the Servicer specifically for fleet purchases of Vehicles by such Dealer.
Fleet Receivables means all amounts payable under the Fleet Service Contracts, a beneficial interest in a portion of which is represented by the Fleet Receivable SUBI Certificate.
