Fleet Agreement definition

Fleet Agreement means the Loan Agreement dated as of March 28, 1997, by and among Health Care REIT, Inc. and certain Subsidiaries of Health Care REIT, Inc. as Borrowers, KeyBank National Association, as Administrative Agent and a lender, Fleet Bank, N.A., as Syndication Agent and a lender, and the lenders from time to time party thereto, as amended by that certain Amendment No. 1 to Loan Agreement dated as of October 1, 1998, and (unless the context indicates otherwise) as from time to time amended, restated or supplemented.
Fleet Agreement means that Credit Agreement dated as of April 16, 2001, by and among Buckeye Technologies, Fleet National Bank, as "Administrative Agent" thereunder, and the other banks and financial institutions party thereto from time to time, as the same is amended, restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time.
Fleet Agreement means that certain Loan and Security Agreement dated as of June 28, 2001 among Fleet Capital Corporation, Parent, AAI and certain other subsidiaries of Parent.
