Flat File definition

Flat File means a comprehensive file that consists of a series of rows of test records organized in columns of test parameters or variables from dynamometer tests. The unique records are identified in a tabular format by test vehicle, test ID, test type, and phase number. The tabular file is to be provided in Excel format.
