Where Your Building Sum Insured has been exhausted We will pay for Lot Owners’ Fixtures and Improvements that You are required by the Strata Act to insure.

The amount payable per Lot atfected will be calculated on a proportionate basis between the relevant Lot Owners based on their percentage share of the total amount of the loss incurred for all Lot Owner Fixtures and Improvements.
